Thanks Uganda Humanist Schools Trust for the Beds donation

The acquisition of metallic double-decker beds marked an important milestone for our school. Generously donated by Uganda Humanist Schools Trust, the beds have greatly improved the living conditions of our learners in the dormitories.

The new beds are strong, durable, and space-saving, allowing more children to sleep comfortably in a clean and organized environment. This has reduced overcrowding, improved hygiene, and enhanced student safety and dignity.

We are deeply grateful to Uganda Humanist Schools Trust for this timely and thoughtful support. Their donation reflects a strong commitment to child welfare, quality education, and humanist values. The beds are not just furniture; they are an investment in the wellbeing, health, and academic success of our learners.

A total of 15 metallic double-decker beds were made, creating 30 additional sleeping spaces. This has significantly eased congestion in the dormitories and ensured that more learners now sleep comfortably and safely.

Some of these beds have been installed in our newly built boys’ dormitory extension, further improving accommodation capacity and providing a safer, more comfortable sleeping environment for the learners housed there.

Attached are some pictures of the beds being made, ferried to the school.
