Update on the KUHA School project and latest child sponsorship images

Several months since my last post on this fund raiser for Kasese Humanist School, some significant progress has been registered over the months.

One of the outstanding achievements is fencing up the Rukoki campus and fixing several gates to ensure there is adequate security of life and property at the school.

The secondary school section got 6 stance pit latrines which were housed in a fence as well. An extra building to the size of a school hall was erected, roofed and the iron sheets painted reddish to give a smart look.

Another development has been a new project of the artificial forest am building on the western side of the school property. Several tree species ranging from medicinal trees, fruit trees and royal palms are steadily thriving. At some point, this forest will have some cottages and grounds for camping; the forest will provide a conducive climate for the community of Rukoki and will provide fresh air.

As for the Bizoha Humanist Center, we received some progress of acquiring electronic gadgets comprising of computers, sub woofers, music system, guitars, drum sets and a giant 43 Inc curved television screen to cast films, documentaries and to help in learning.

All in all, at Kasese Humanist School, we are steadily growing year by year.

As we grow, some of our enemies especially those against evolutionary science, critical thinking or evidence based learning, they continue to make prayers that our projects fail but we are more determined than ever to move forward since we are in the right direction of true, evidence and facts.

The Child Sponsorship Scheme has been a success and has benefited many vulnerable children get an education in our schools. This program has not only helped our schools to grow but also has kept the children in school and has created a mutual cooperation and collaboration of some parents with sponsors, the program has helped our students and the sponsors to learn from each other about either countries, their culture, life styles and mode of living.
