Kasese Humanist School Child Sponsorship program 2025
The child sponsorship program at Kasese Humanist School gives chance needy, disadvantaged vulnerable children to keep in school.
The school management through efforts of the school director introduced the Child Sponsorship Program in the early years and this program has been ongoing.
Child sponsors are sourced both locally and internationally to help in someway paying tuition, scholastics and the sponsored child and their family are notified, a communication between the sponsored child or family with the sponsor is possible, a visit to the sponsored child family is possible.
Student Sponsorship Program:
Primary Scholarships:
Day Scholar Annual Fees £150 Pounds Sterling
Full Board Annual fees £300 Pounds Sterling
Secondary scholarships:
Day Scholar Annual fees £200 Pounds Sterling
Full Board Annual fees £400 Pounds Sterling
What the scholarship fees will pay for: Tuition, Meals, School uniform, Scholastic items like books, pens, pencils and examinations and first aid at our health clinics.
What the Sponsor Should expect:
• The donor should expect good use of the donated funds directly to its intended purpose or use.
• The sponsor is updated about the child's performance Termly and a general update about the school is issued and passed out to the sponsor at year end.
• A sponsor may pay scholarship tuition dues termly, yearly or arrange monthly recurring donation.
• A sponsor can write to his or her sponsored child through the school mailing address
• A sponsor can visit his or her sponsored child with arrangement between the school and the host family.
• Where sending packages to the sponsored child might prove expensive, the donor might send funds and we buy locally and deliver items in camera or video.
• Gifts to sponsored children are welcome and can be delivered to beneficiary children.
• Each end of year, we release an annual report and our supporters get a copy of it by mail.
