Study tour experience, evidence based learning in action

 Study tour experience 

The candidate class at our Rukoki campus were today off for a study tour, they visited the EQUATOR, The KAZINGA CHANNEL, QUEEN Elizabeth National Park, Visited a number of Crater lakes and Kasenyi salt mines plus souvenir craft shops in kasenyi and katunguru. 

Outdoor learning experience refreshes the mind and lives a long lasting memories in these happy humans minds. Seeing is believing, seeing 👀 is reality.

Computer class boosted by Martin Forrester, big thanks!

Our current volunteer brought to the school a laptop 💻, digital camcorder and an iPad to boost up computer learning and casting of school indoor and outdoor educational projects. 

On behalf of Municipal High Humanist School, am hopeful these scientific gadgets will be put to good use. 

The volunteer is called Martin Forrester from the United Kingdom and is currently volunteering at the school as an English, Math, history and Entrepreneurship tutor.

I thank Martin Forrester for donating to the school and dedicating his time and effort to volunteer at the school.

Science lab equipment and reagents donation arriving soon

Kasese humanist school is going to receive a consignment of laboratory supplies covering apparatus and essential reagents for our secondary school laboratory at Municipal High School Kasese. 

The donation is coming from a Germany based charity called the Scientific Temper that supports science based initiatives and critical thinking. 

The shipment of the donation will be arriving soon from the kampala based supplier. On behalf of KASESE HUMANIST SCHOOL we are so thankful for the donation and mutual collaboration as we take our schools to another level. 

Science education and emphasis on critical thinking skills generates better scientists who will be beneficial on steering Uganda forward as far as Science and technology is concerned. 

The Scientific Temper adds to the list of like minded charities working with Kasese humanist school.

Book donation from UHST arrives

Access to readable book materials improves the learning process and simplifies the teaching work.

Thanks Uganda Humanist Schools Trust for extending textbooks to our school projects.The teachers and children will have a variety of learning resources to chose from.

The book donation was earmarked for Kasese Humanist School Rukoki campus,  Kahendero school and the Bizoha school 

On behalf of our school project,  we thank Uganda Humanist Schools Trust and its members globally plus potential donors through UHST for the donation.
